Very poor communication practices.
I used the Crosby Hill Mini Storage for a few months while in the process of moving. The owner was so friendly and I got a refund for the months I didn’t end up needing the storage unit. Prices are reasonable and all units are spotless. Highly recommended this place!

I highly recommend crosby hill mini storage for your storage needs. My 32 years of dealing with the owner have been nothing but exceptional. The rates have been very reasonable and the site very clean. A five star place.
