Everyone was very kind from front office staff to the dentist. In particular the dental hygienist Kayla was very friendly/kind and I felt comfortable to be in her care.
The appointment was fine, however they do not verify with insurance if certain things are covered. Better make sure your insurance will cover extra services they do. I’ve never had a regular dentist do a pano before, had no idea it wouldn’t be covered. Now I’m stuck with a bill because they didn’t verify.
Very much scam artists these people. They sell you teeth package and then when you go back they say they can’t clean teeth they promised before additional deeper clean… for more monies…..I have reported these scam artists to better business and to health department for investigations…. Stay far away from these peoples!!!!!
