Technician arrived for a Diagnostic ONLY and walked through my house without making any eye contact. I thought, “okay odd”, so I explained the issue and pointed him to the attic access and unit. He decided to replace the capacitor without getting approval, for which I paid without hesitation, but he decided to scold me for not wanting to replace additional parts. Great company that is truly local, Chris was great and did the ac tuneup quick! They even answered my call on a Sunday (I thought it was Monday😂).
Worst EVER! Added almost $300 of Freon to less than 2yr old units saying that it’s completely NORMAL. Another company says that’s ABSOLUTELY NOT NORMAL and even offered to come check to see if there was a leak for free. No leak! Guy said he only ever has to add Freon on newer units, if the lines are longer than usual (and he said mine were not), and it’s only ever ~1/2 a pound at most. These guys said they had to add 2 3/4lb. Boy did I get ripped off!!! Unbelievable!!! He didn’t even have bleach on hand to clean my lines… SM... read more
