We took a gambling addict here. To say that it was a disappointment is putting it lightly. Perhaps it isn’t their area of expertise, which should be identified at the time of admission.

Ben, I understand you were on vacation and anyone calling the Crosbie House tonight would have the misfortune of having to speak to a support worker named “Paul”. All I can do is tell you I probably would be in jail if I wasn’t in Ontario and I had to find out what I know he repeated to someone I love. I will find your email and send you details of the disgusting way he spoke on the phone. I’m in disbelief. I noticed you removed the review I posted anonymously so I’ll put my name on the line just so others can have full transparency. This facility seems to be run by well meaning people but the one size fits all 12 step meetings day in and day out are rather exhausting and there is no recreation opportunity available apart from the on site gym. We/our insurance pays 10,000 for 28 days here, where is it going? Called to get information about the program and "Jimmy" had no information except to call out to someone that "a lady was on the phone.." after listening to people yell and talk loudly he got back to me to say no beds until the end of June. No "can I take your number and have someone contact you?" nothing. My search for a rehab centre for my son started with "Jimmy" and ended up with another centre's intake telling me it would be 50 thousand for 50 days. No wonder so many people are on the streets. Thoroughly disgusted.
