What a nightmare! Ring around to find someone that has a loan car so that I am not without a car whilst mine is being fixed and they ring up the next day asking for it back and continue to harass me about it, knowing that I am working out of Auckland for the week. Was not told in the beginning that you are only given a loan car for a day (which is their policy apparently - who does that????) and then they move the goal posts after I have already committed to the contract.
