I've had two outdoor cameras for 3 years now, very happy with them. I bought a outdoor 360 solar, the motion doesn't activate the camera. I've been trying to get tech support for days now!!! They did answer a text telling me to get the new app. I did that, can't get camera to connect, I've tried many times! It did connect to the old app. What the hell? I'm still typing to get through, I was going to buy more of theses, getting support sucks!!!
Tech support was without a doubt SUPERLATIVE. He walked me through the entire process and I was delighted.

Got my cameras in good condition. They looked nice. I could not get the first camera set up! Was getting very frustrated. I finally got to talk to someone at customer service at Crorzar. It took a little while to get connected, but the wait on the phone was worth it! I think the fellow I talked to was Denny, he was extension #3! This guy was great! I'm very happy with the 360 cameras that we bought. They came quickly and were very easy to install and setup. They work great. Motion notifications come quickly and I can open the app and see what's going on.
