John arrived on time. He explained what he was doing and completed the a/c work as expected in a timely manner. John was very friendly and courteous.
Nick, from CroppMetcalfe, assessed my plumbing issue and offered me a cheaper, fix it now solution which would work or a replace it (over 30 year old) and there was absolutely no pressure from him whatsoever which I really appreciated. I decided to do the replacement so it would not be an issue again. He got right to work and took care of everything.
