Very happy with service yesterday for issue I had with a new hvac system. The guys were great ! Smart, knowledgeable, reliable and professional ! I highly recommend this company which is better than the others we have used in the past. Five Stars ! Andy was exceptional ! He has a great sense of humor too ! Andy is very good at diagnosing the problem !
James N and Michael did a fabulous job! They came on time at 8:00am and worked through till 7:30pm. They installed a new circuit breaker panel and connected all the wires, explaining to me along the way what they were doing. A really excellent, professional job, and a very good price (I got the member discount). Thank you both so much!! Strongly recommended.
I purchased a new, top of the line Carrier A/C unit and since the purchase, I have had to request CroppMetcalfe to repair it to get it to "cool" my home. Due to this gross inconvenience, I made a reasonable request to Dean Perez to extend my service warranty the same number of years, it has required service and he "unprofessionally" refused. Brian fixed a problem no one else had been able to solve: when I turned on a light it tripped a different circuit breaker that controlled other lights. tHe realized that another company incorrectly wired adjoining breakers so he rewired them. I was very pleased.
