We had Jose Hernandez from Cropp Metcalfe Pest Control handle our yellow jacket wasp problems. The first nest was in the ground and Jose took care of it as well some ants that had also appeared in the house. On his second visit he proactively spotted another huge wasp nest on the side of the house where they had managed to get into the siding. He took care of that too and will be back to check on them!! Commercial Rooftop unit having poor air flow as if restricted. Tech came out. Explained the issue. Instructed to communicate with me. No communication with status and left leaving paperwork with an employee. I came in the next day and had an email of the bill for over seven hundred fifty dollars saying the system was overcharged.
