I have had horrible experiences with Watsons and Orieleys. So I decided to try calling Croppers. Took a couple calls to reach the service manager. After the run around with other places. I took my car in for a full service at this agency and they left the oil drain plug loose, which caused the car to leak oil. I wasn’t even aware because when you pay for a quality service, you don’t expect the car to have any issues. Confident that my car had just come out of service, two days later I drove on the highway and experienced a massive oil loss, leaking almost 80% of the total and nearly causing an accident. Update, Ruben has called back an explained everything very clearly. We are getting our truck fixed, let's see how it takes. Very poor service 😢 it's sad theses days. So many companies closing doors.
