Very friendly and kind. I hope you never break down in Grafton, but if you do, this is the place you want to go. Excellent service.
If I could give less than one I would they’ve charged me an extra $1500 for the damage they did to the car when trying to fix it. They also damaged the roof and did a very incompetent job of fiberglass which will need to be repaired again, they purchased over $900 worth of parts and services where my vehicle was held up for over a week and couldn’t be used then tried to charge me for those parts that weren’t actually even installed. I do not recommend them. I would stay away from them very very dodgy. .
