Terrible. Drove down there, did not have the car we wanted. To top it off, he wasn't there.
Today, I have to give a shout-out to a trio in the service department at Cropper's! Jesús, Rubén, and Miguel worked very hard to get my car and my family taken care of at the dealership. While I was without my 2024 Buick this last week, Cropper's provided me with a nice loan car of the same year. Furthermore, they got my new transmission installed (still under GM warranty) in one week. Great job, guys!
