Always has what I need Great customer service and answers all my questions about my outdoor property I take care of
EDIT: They have since made it right by giving me a new saw, Thank you Gary for making it right., They have good employees who go above and beyond. most the staff is incredible. The only exception is the bad humored mechanic who services the equipment. However for mechanical products they do not honor the warranty. Just be aware. Bought a new saw and it stopped working 8 months later. They would not fix it because they insisted I have a commercial account (which I do not) and according to them commercial accounts don't have w... read more
They do not honor the warranty on the equipment they sell. Its a shame how they get away with it. Steer clear!
Great place. We have been coming there for years but recently they are not standing behind their warranty. I wish they would revise their policies.
