This business was assigned to fix our bathtub faucet a person came in looked at the faucet and said they would need to order parts. Robert Crook installed a "deep sink" in our laundry room, which involved purchase of the sink (no markup), its installation in a very tight space, installing the necessary plumbing, removal and repair of the drywall, etc. All was done without a break to "visit" other jobs. In other words, once he starts a job, he completes it. He won't leave until you're completely satisfied. And, btw, he also replaced our leaking kitchen sink in short order!
I have used Crooks several times and the work is exceptional. They are always on time and take care to ensure you are happy with the finished work. I highly recommend.
