This is highly discouraging this practice simply make you to book for appiontments and you cant cancel them and they charge you unnecessory fees. Please stay away from this.
Practice do not give appointment from last year due to shortage of staff so we could not check our theath
Myself and my husband had an appointment with Hannah to register at the practice. She was fine, although I was in the room for barely 5 minutes. Both myself and my husband were informed we were to make appointments with the hygienist. We made the appointments to come back and received an email informing us it would be £54 each!! When I asked to cancel I was offered an alternative, a scale and polish for £35! At my last dentist this was offered free of charge within the checkup appointment.
