Crooked Tree is a new wellness group for me. CarrieAnn is my new person. She's amazing..listens, observes and answers all my questions.. extreme awesomeness. Lol. I recommend the clinic. Pharmacy on site and labs as well.
The staff here truly cares, you can get same day appointments when your little one is sick and that has been a huge relief for my family
Disappointed in treatment plan. Felt nit heard by Shanna explaining my nerve pain in my feet. Went along and did everything asked of me, was completely honest and open. However was refused or unwilling to prescribe anything to help even on a short-term basis. When i vocied my objections was asked if i wanted a new PCP. Damn right someone who will listen and at least try and understand.
