I have been trying to return a pair of shoes that were too small. Sent to address on the return slip only to have them returned to me as “unable to forward”. Have tried calling (number not in order), emailing (no response) and sent messages on Facebook Messenger (no response). I have tried EVERYTHING for two weeks to get in touch with them. I guess I’m stuck with shoes that don’t fit. I had other things I wanted to order but won’t now. So disappointed
