Easter Brunch was great, and our waitress Brooklyn was absolutely amazing—she gave us excellent service and really made the experience special. However, what completely ruined it was the surprise “service charge” added to our bill—over $40 that doesn’t go to the staff, but to the restaurant’s own operating costs.
