I had the pleasure of working with Tim Cratty when I needed a replacement airbag. Tim went above and beyond customer service wise and helped me find an airbag that would work for my purposes. This was after he had spoken to my wife on the phone and suggested I come to the shop. Outstanding customer service and the airbag was reasonably priced. Highly recommend!
