I had been feeling a vibration in my car and suspected one of the tires was out of balance, so I took it to Discount Tire, where I had purchased the tires. They confirmed that the tire was out of balance and performed a rotation and balance. I went to the Better Way Bargains thrift store across the road and it was more of an antique store. The prices were too high, it wasn’t organized well. I was disappointed.

I did not receive a call or voicemail from Greg Crook as expressed here. The problem was mis-diagnosed by your technician as needing a new turbocharger at $2500. The dealership fixed the problem and did not need to replace the turbocharger as your technician recommended. Also, if you check, your technician did not read a code that indicated the turbocharger was not functioning properly. I took my vehicle in three times for the same problem, and each time I was charged and told the problem was fixed. The last time they told me to take it to the dealership but still charged me. The problem was fixed at the dealership, but I was charged a fourth time. Should have been fixed correctly the first time. Will now just take my business to the dealership in Newnan.
