Wow! What can I say about Crook's?? Well, let me tell you that I had the absolute BEST experience at Crook's getting some new tires installed. The staff was amazing! Kind, courteous, fun, and hilarious!! Not many times people say they are having fun when getting tires, but I had a great experience at Crook's. And yes, they did a fantastic job on my car. They took great care to make sure everything was perfect. FIVE STARS!!
I want to give a big shout out to my CROOKS Tire & Auto team. They have been taking care of my Honda Accord since I brought it home. Even though I moved from Senoia to Newnan, CROOKS remained my car doctor and will be for the life of my Honda ! Thanks for keeping my family and me safe in our Honda!
Got a flat tire while on my way to work and managed to get it Crook's before they opened. I was a nervous wreck but they took care of the tire and a loaner car since my tire is not a common size and had to be delivered that afternoon. They made what was potential chaos so smooth and easy. Also, the front desk receptionist took great care of my transaction and ended my day with some sweet treats! I am forever grateful!!
