Hamish was absolutely fantastic to deal with... He listened to all of our questions regarding our new spa then provided us with helpful information - never once did we feel like he wanted to wrap up the conversation and get rid of us. It was helpful to receive some technical advice from Andy too, who again, was more than happy to help us with any questions. Crook Bubbles will certainly be our first point of contact moving forward if we have any questions/issues with our spa!
After 5 years as a client, paying $10 for a water test is ridiculous - I manage my pool but have spent a small fortune on chemicals and experienced maintenance when required at Crook Bubbles - Frank is great but Hamish has a lot of hours to do in customer service! Wayne was a legend, great customer service good luck to him in his new business. Disappointing to not support local businesses but need to be looked after too!
