Alex was great! Was able to find and fix the issue the same day. He was able to come the day of my call which was amazing. Our a/c is working perfectly now.
Alex came out and was great! Called Cronus around 9 and before 11:30 they had my unit back up and running. With the Sacramento heat we all know time is of the essence. He was thorough with his explanation. I’ll be using them again for other repairs!
Cronus did an excellent job repairing our AC. Aleksandr and Alex were professional and thorough, and even though the repair took longer than expected, the final cost was exactly what was quoted. Their rates are very competitive, and I was impressed that they stayed late to complete the job properly. Reliable and great service — I would definitely recommend them. They also offer a senior citizen discount!
Alex did an amazing job. Not only did I get a same day appt. but he showed up during the window specified and figured out what was wrong quickly and got it fixed. Super happy with this company. So glad I got rid of my home warranty company because the companies that they sent were always horrible.
