They dont know how to clean a car properly, my car just came back with lots of little scratches all over it after i paid for the polish (definitely caused by them). They also missed lots of spots on the car, finger prints all over the windows.
I recently paid $270 for a full inside-and-out detail at Cronulla Hand Carwash, and I’m extremely disappointed with both the result and the customer service. When I picked up my car, several things were clearly missed. The fuel cap hadn’t been cleaned, there were spray marks on multiple windows, the leather seats hadn't been wiped down, and several marks were still visible on the doors.
