I contacted Troy from Cronulla Garage Doors on the weekend as my garage door opening mechanism failed. He returned my call and after discussing the options available he scheduled the repair for Monday. Great communication and repaired perfectly on time. I highly recommend him and would use his services again for sure.
Moved into our house and the garage door was not working. I called these guys and they were prompt in getting back to me and came to the house to investigate my issue. I loved that the communication was efficient and it didn’t feel like they were selling anything to me. The options were clearly outlined to me.
I called Troy from Cronulla Garage Doors at 7am on Wednesday morning as my car was stuck in the garage with door that broke the night before. He returned my call at 7:15am. He was on his way to a job in Bankstown but he turned around and fixed my door and was amazing. I highly recommend him and will use him again.
Top bloke – Troy did the job for way less than another quote and even picked up the spring was the wrong size. Saved me heaps, honest and reliable – no cowboy stuff here, wish I called him first.
Cronulla garage doors are fantastic. From start to finish they handled my difficult installation happily, at a great price and even honoured the quote, although the job went well over the expected estimate. Troy and his team are customer focused and knows what they are doing. I Highly recommend them. Thanks again Troy. The extra height you achieved, really saved me.
