Gonna be honest when I arrived they were behind schedule but had incredible customer service and were extremely friendly and clearly working their hardest despite being under stress. Doctor Crum was incredible, caring, and has never made me feel uncomfortable. Only issue I had was they are unavailable to phone between 11am til 1:30 which I understand the need for lunch breaks but made communication difficult
I’ve received excellent care at this clinic since I transferred here a few years ago. Referrals are made quickly as required and Dr. Thompson has called me after 6 on a Saturday several times with test results. I don’t know that anyone can expect any physician to do better than that. The office staff are always helpful and responsive to patient needs as well. Excellent care at all times. .
