We’ve been customers of Cronin-Verheul for about eight years and were very happy with our furnace when we first purchased it — we never had any issues until recently. On September 17, we decided to have a tune-up done and were pleased with the service at that time. I’m so happy that I contacted Roy. I was misled by another well known hvac company and told that my air conditioner had a leak and that it would be almost impossible to find. They immediately set me up to meet one of their sales staff to sell me a brand new one. The technicians, Josh and Jack, were professional, knowledgeable and worked long hours to complete the project before we moved in to our new house. They were always polite, personable and worked around the painters, cleaners and other workers. We are thrilled with how quietly and efficiently the heat pump operates. Recently had a new AC installed after a referral from a mutual friend. Jared and Cole the technicians that completed the install were very courteous and professional. The job was completely quickly with great workmanship, taking the time to explain everything that was done. Would recommend their services and will be using them again for my future HVAC needs.
