I don't know about the quality of their work, but their level of communication with clients is non-existent. I called to make an appointment, explained the work that needed to be done, answered all their questions, and provided the information they requested—yet I never heard back from them, even after calling again. So, one star for their customer service.
Very poor customer experience trying to get any type of quote or work request done. I called multiple times and emailed them all my details, but got the run around with just wasted time at the end. Would not recommend them to others looking for plumbing work unfortunately.
Cronin Plumbing and Heating provided and installed a new boiler to heat the house when the old tank broke apart. I have had many plumbers work in my old house over the last 24 years, and I can honestly say none of them compared to the Cronin team. Their work ethic is impressive, their manner unfailingly polite, their knowledge-base deep, and their workmanship supreme.
