When my regular Hyundai dealership would only schedule an appointment 3 1/2 weeks out despite my flashing engine light, I called Cronin and they gave me an appointment for the next day. The scheduler, Michelle, was very kind and empathetic, and the gentleman I worked with in the service department, Joey, was top notch! He was attentive to the details of my explanation of the issue, competent in his diagnosis of the problem, and thoroughly explained what they did to fix it. Could not be happier with my service those three guys in the lane really know what they're doing
They do not honor the Hyundai Complimentary Maintenance program. The program states 3 years or 36,000 miles. It does not specify the amount of times you can get your oil changed, but they said you can only get 4 oil changes and tire rotations. This would mean you would get oil changes every 9000 miles, which is preposterous. Then they try to charge me 130 dollars for an oil change and tire rotation to get it done, give me a break.
