Great Experience! Just picked up one of my cars that I got repaired here, they did a great job. Greg at the Collision Center was very kind. Service here was another step in the wrong direction. I brought my vehicle in for what should have been a simple oil change at 10:30 a.m., and they promised — and reassured me — it would be ready by 3:00 p.m. so I could pick up my kids from school. Instead, they missed their own deadline, and I was left stranded without a way to get my children. Something that simple should have been their chance to earn back trust, but it became strike three.
