very poor performance and unresponsive - simple changes take 2-3 months causing significant delays in our construction. In addition it appears the employees have trouble reading architectural construction plans several corrections had to be made which could have been prevented if attention would have been paid the original plans.
unresponsive poor customer service questionable engineering overpriced cronin engineering worked with our architect and did the engineering plans for our whole house renovation in may 2022. they had 2 employees come to our house to survey the weight bearing wall we wanted to remove among other items and when completed they charged us $5,000 for stamped plans. since then we decided to do the renovation in 2 phases. our architects split the project in 2 parts and we sent the plans for the first phase to carlos who worked on th... read more
