If you are on the Gulf coast needing HVAC, stay away from Cronier. As a business operator in the construction field my self I witnessed their ways of cheating their clients. 1st time Home owner as of 6/30/23 with a new build only a few months old. As a 1st time home owner I was focused on maintaining my investment. May 2024 outside unit made a very odd sound. I called Cronier to take a look.
