My family & I are highly disappointed with services provided by Crone Monuments & it's collaboration company/companies. Our initial contact & down payment for my mom's headstone was made in November 2022! I understand that businesses were experiencing backlogs, due to Covid. It is now February 2024 & the headstone is still incomplete! The builders/installers seem to not have been fully communicating with the office personnel & when they did, information reported was inaccurate! I have called numerous times. I ve heard good things about just curious trying to get a headstone for my son do you all do layaway or some type of payment until it's paid in full.
