I do not advise using Crone Memorials for your loved ones headstone. My mother and step father purchased their headstone 5 yrs ago, it was installed on grave at that time, we were told to notify them when either one passed away and the year of death would be added. (included in original cost) My mother passed away on March 18th, 2025 at which time I contacted Scott Pioreck and let him know of her death. I can’t say enough good things about Crone Memorials. It was so hard losing my sister so suddenly and unexpectedly. Kevin Williams was so kind and helpful in helping me and my sister through the difficult, but necessary process of choosing and designing a beautiful memorial that captured my sister beautifully. My experience with Crone Memorials has been nothing but excellent. It has been very supportive during the time of my sister's funeral. Kevin was most helpful considering the distance--Memphis to Virginia. I appreciate his professionalism and patience in designing the headstone, ordering it, and placing it. He was also a good friend in sending me a photo of the stone at the grave. I hope this helps others who need this service.
