Cannot say enough good things about CCH! On-time and on-budget during our 2022-2023 build. Nearly 1 year to the day from breaking ground to move-in ready. That they did it during supply chain disruptions and labor shortages that seemed to hamper other building projects is a testament to their project management. my experience and opinion- crone was over the budget we wanted, did not communicate well, was difficult to work with, did not listen to or follow what we wanted/asked for, would not provide details of costs or expenses
