Extremely disappointed with the level of care at this aged-care home. I have experienced ongoing issues with unprofessional behaviour from some staff members and lack of respect for residents’ needs. In addition, we noticed that several of my family member’s belongings went missing during their stay. When we raised these concerns, the response from management was dismissive and nothing was resolved.
Cromwell House and Hospital staff provide good care to my family. Thank you
