Hoa fees make ABSOLUTELY no sense. Insane hoa fees every month for nothing. Grass in our area rarely cut, not treatment to the grass for pet protection, parking is insane, most buildings have mice, and now the pool isn’t free….the pool where we live and pay hoa fees at is not free for residents….what exactly are we all paying for?? Money laundering seems like a possibility. Just a scam, I can’t wait to move
Can't get management to do anything about a year and a half complaint regarding third floor renters there are 6 people living up there with an animal they don't sleep I have bleach stains on deck they stop there dirty onto my deck I have half smoked cigs on my deck every day they keep saying they'll take care of it but never do a thing they stomp there get up at 4am everyday out on the deck in n out every 10 min they've dropped my ceiling by jumping up n down split the seems of my walls Begging popping my light bills by stom... read more
