One factor we found a bit frustrating was communication, especially initially. Though, overall, we were quite pleased. My husband and I had a hard time agreeing on stain color. They were very patient and accommodating until we finally agreed. We have two young children, so as a mother, I was happy with how neat and professional they were. Our floors came out beautiful!

Had these guys come to my apartment in the Bronx for an estimate and was very pleased. Pricing was withing my range. They were punctual and professional. They explained everything to me an offered a few options. I ended up hiring them and my floors look great. I would recommend this company to friends and family.
