Once the police recovered it and brought it to Cromwell, their team called me right away to help avoid any unnecessary storage fees. They also gave me a great deal on towing it back to my home. Awesome team, excellent communication — highly recommend!
My car was stolen, and guess what? The police recovered it and brought it to their lot. Not one phone call for 15 days. Then, out of nowhere, I get a call saying my car was found and drivable—but here’s the kicker—I owe them $600 storage fee. The person who called me had the audacity to put me on hold for 15 minutes just to deliver that gem. $600 Absolute thuggery. Feels like getting robbed twice—once by the thief and again by them. I wouldn’t drive my car on any road they own, how much I trust these crooks.
Awesome costumer service, top tier quality work. I have never been disappointed I have been doing business with them for over 10 years and will continue.
