From the first interaction to driving off the forecourt, Crompton Way Motors have been brilliant. Mo answered my call before the second ring, answered all my questions, talked me through everything and invited me down for a test drive - even offering to stay open late for me to do so. Went to CWM to not buy a car to see if they brought them. I was meet by John on the forecourt and from the first second you can just tell he is a approachable guy nice and polite. I told him about the offers so far and he had a quick look around and beat them on the spot. A quick trip home to empty the vehicle and back to CWM with all the documents and spare key. John had everything in place and done with 15mins will definitely go there if I need a new car for my family brilliant 5stars.
So far so good with the vehicle. Have only had for few days so can't really comment on the vehicle itself at the moment HOWEVER, the service from Mo was excellent. I purchased a car through finance through Zuto, after bad miscommunication regarding a fee, the dealership waived it due to zutos error, and was very accommodating.
