I’ve sourced all of my project materials from this location since moving to Tillsonburg. For the first time this week I had issues with some materials I purchased… they were slightly off their advertised nominal width (normally this wouldn’t matter, for this project it does!). I explained the issue to customer service and the lumberyard crew, everyone was super understanding and willing to help. They ended up replacing the 2 items without any trouble once they verified the measurements were off, and didn’t give me any hassle... read more
If I could give a 0 star. I would! The one staff I was dealing with was too busy talking to another staff about " their holidays" instead of stopping their conversation when I was waiting for help. I think her name was Tammy. Eye rolls. Late on I asked to speak to the owner from. Another staff member. They came back saying the owner was too busy to come out and talk to a customer. I will take my business down the street!
