Reas (sp?) the owner is always courteous, he makes time to answer all my questions patiently. I have had extensive work done to my vehicle here. I trust them to be honest with quotes and timelines. If they find something extra they will call to inform you. I do recommend Crompton Bros Automotive. Dog friendly too!
Fast , efficient, friendly, and affordable. Would highly recommend this company. This was my last review. My new review is the same, I went back for more work that says alot about how I feel about this company. It was a pleasant experience.
Took my 2018 Rav4 in for oil change, brake check and transmision fluid change. Very thorough with an emailed inspection report with pictures. The rotors had signs of overheating but the pads had plenty left so they suggested just a brake service for now. Did the oil change and granny service and I walked out paying less than I thought. A great team all around.
Staff were friendly. Good communication regarding status of the work. Repair was on time and within quote. I’ll be back!
