My first dentist was really good. Today i went there as Dr Shabana has left and i been booked with Lisa Giri. She checked my teeth thoroughly and told me that i am have a gum disease and i will need a deep clean. I said ok. Her hands were shaking and she didn’t clean my teeth at all. she was more into the listening hindi music on her phone rather than working on my teeth. I was so annoyed. Forms filled incorrectly stating i claimed UC when I had paid for my treatment. Later recieved a fine and proved payment was made. Incompetent reception staff. Tried to call to rectify error but been on phone for over 20 mins. Been number 1 in queue the entire time
Incident involving only male dentist that goes by the name Mohammed /Asad. Initially dentist came across as friendly however when I asked him for night guard, he told me that he wants my teeth to fully wear down and then he'll give me crowns as he passionately grins from ear to ear. He also told me that my teeth were 'not gonna be good for long' which I didn't understand until I developed a nasty mouth infection that left my gums extremely puffy,swollen face and no saliva which causes abnormally rapid tartar buildup.
