Charged us 2 hours of labor for 30 minutes of work. When we questioned it, my wife was told that they charge for the time it takes them to get go out and get the part. Over $600 for 30 minutes of work to fix a leaky faucet

Recommended by a condo management office. 40mins work to fix a dripping shower head and price is $480. When charging I was told it's a two hour minimum which was never mentioned before. He said this is how plumber works in Boston area.
