It's about the workout, just as it should be.
This gym is clean , the equipment is well taken care of. The owner Marc absolutely fits the description of what you would expect a gym owner to look like. He is very well versed in his fitness knowledge. His partner and wife is equally as knowledgeable, in great shape, and very helpful. Together they helped me drop 20 pounds. So if you need knowledge, a clean environment but still has that I wanna get in shape atmosphere just don’t look any further. Join this gym.
24-hour access is priceless with my night shift/variable nights/4×12 hour shift work schedule. There are lots of hardcore men and women working out here, with a lot of mutual respect! I love this gym.
Love this gym! Been coming here for years.
