Extremely Disappointed – Tenants Beware We had a terrible experience with this real estate agency and strongly advise others—especially new tenants or those coming from overseas—to be cautious. In September last year, our apartment suffered serious water damage due to a pre-existing issue with the hot water connection to the washing machine—something we were never made aware of.
