My landlord, Jackie Saokaew, has done exceptional work over the past 12 months. Her professionalism and responsiveness has made my time renting an enjoyable experience, and I am very grateful for the care Croll has shown throughout my tenancy.
THE COMPANY WILL NOT REPLY TO EMAILS, TEXTS OR CALLS. We have been getting incorrect rental arrear notices for 12+ months with zero help from Croll Real Estate. We have spoken to Jordon about this, who assured us the automated system was incorrect, yet we still get rental arrear notices each week threatening eviction if we don't pay. I was so impressed from my first visit to my property I then bought… Mayo was so professional and friendly. She was amazing through out the whole process of buying.
