The agent expected us to move in with 24hrs approval notice, refused to answer questions / provide the paperwork necessary prior to the move, and ignored our calls (while emailing, still not answering any questions). Then, without explanation, the approval was withdrawn. Even the director, Andrew Croll, showed complete disregard for the situation. - We're glad we got our deposit back, complained to NSW Fair Trading, and didn't have them as our real estate agency.
