Great firm, Great team.
Andrew and the team at Croll recently sold an apartment for us. Andrew is well recommended as he knows the local market very well and is savvy, tactical and polite in all dealings with him. The apartment was sold in a difficult market but we still received a good price.
I have lived in Sydney all my life and have rented multiple properties throughout my late teens and 20s I can confirm Croll has been the best agency I have ever rented with, the leasing and application process was very smooth and throughout the tenancy my real estate agent was Jorge was very professional, polite and friendly. I have now purchased a property which I have no doubt Jorge and Andrew will help me sell in the future if I decide to move on
Dissatisfied with communication and unfulfilled commitments Our experience with agent Jorge Rodriguez was highly frustrating due to a significant lack of follow-through. Before signing the lease, we had a clear agreement that the property would be updated with fly screens on the three main doors and that an unmatched living room lamp would be replaced.
