There is such a big variety of people! Everyone that has been there a long time are helpful. All the newer ones get a great sense of belonging. Movements and resistance are set for each person. This is a good place to start . And learn how to exercise. The trainers are very helpful and knowledgeable. To each of are needs !!! Just go check it out !!!!

I really enjoy line dancing and working out at Allfit BA. The staff members are very knowledgeable. Always encouraging as I obtain my fitness goals. Highly recommend.
Best training around!!! Personal training with a passion, group classes, line dancing, and more! Feels more comfortable than most other gyms. Great atmosphere. Definitely recommend!
