Pay the extra 20 bucks and stay somewhere else. I asked for an extra blanket at the front desk. "No. We don't do that here" was the response. I asked why the room cable is not the same as the lobby tv and was told "I don't know what the rooms show. You have to ask the owner." No thanks. I checked out and am staying at a reputable hotel. Scuzzy floors. Coffee maker not working. Analog tv with 8 channels. No ice maker. Door lock broken. Bed uncomfortable. The pool is closed. This could explain the empty parking lot.
Croix Garand Hotel: Misleading photos, rude staff, zero sleep. We paid $216.41 for two nights with breakfast. Breakfast (just waffles/cereal) was removed at 9:00 a.m. with no notice; by 9:05 everything was gone. Bed/pillows were awful; two dogs next door barked all night. We left in the morning and requested a $96.19 refund for the unused night—the hotel refused. The manager and Expedia didn’t help; Expedia gave only $75 credit and closed the case. Avoid this hotel, and think twice before booking through Expedia.
The door only had 1 lock inside. The bath tub had a crack in near the drain. The table was broken and wobbled whenever you touched the top. The didn't work, the tv had 6 stations 😕. I would not recommend this place. The deposit after 2 weeks, still has not been returned. 😡😡😡😡
Non-cancelation and Non-refundable. As soon as I walked through door had already paid $630.56 through Priceline, they wanted an extra $100.00 for my dog. I said absolutely not. I said I would like a refund they told me to call Priceline for my refund. The Phone Games began. I didn't even stay there. So It was Free Money for this Croix Grand Hotel Can't get my money back because they will not send me any information about their Cancelation policy to my Email. I will not ever stay here ever. After reading all the reviews.
Floors were filthy. Needs to be mopped often. Got black on bottom of feet
