Had a problem with my Trane AC making a loud banging sound when the cooling cycle ended. Contacted Croix who was the company who installed the unit a year prior to when I bought the house. I reached out through a Facebook group needing assistance with one of my air conditioners when it was 95 degrees outside. Croix responded immediately and was out that same day. Appreciate his quality of work and timeliness!

I had a fantastic experience with Croix! From start to finish, he was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my HVAC system and had it running efficiently again in no time. He's extremely courteous and took the time to explain everything clearly. It’s rare to find a technician that combines expertise with such genuine customer care. I highly recommend 843 Heating & Air to anyone looking for reliable and honest HVAC service!

Croix was amazing! He was efficient and very professional in the installation of a whole new unit and system in our automotive shop. He catered to our unique challenges and needs and even considered the timing of our schedule so we could stay on track with our customers while he installed our HVAC unit. The shop has been more efficient and morale has been high with our climate controlled work space now! Thanks so much for your advise and help!
