Physician’s instructions are not followed by administrative staff each time visited Crofton canter. Doctor wrote a referral on 6th January and till 19th I have not received it. Was told we will mail it. Maybe the staff is not paid in time and the staff has no interest in following instructions. Need to report to the Medical practice advocacy group Not for the doctors but top management for support staff
