I’ve been coming to Crofton Dental Practice for a few years and used to genuinely rate it highly — especially thanks to Fiona, who was by far the best hygienist and always professional, kind, and reassuring. Since she has left, the place has gone downhill. My recent experience was honestly shocking. My appointment wasn’t even confirmed because, according to reception, they “forgot.” I then had to chase them myself, only to be met with a rude and dismissive attitude. As a very nervous patient over the years with other dentist. I have now been to see Bazil and Rachel the hygienist a few times and both of them have been fantastic with me making sure I'm ok during the treatment required. I'm sure my anxiety of the dentist is now going in the right direction because of them. So a very big thank you for your kind, friendly and professional approach to my needs. Great service highly recommend for any anxious patients.

I went to Crofton dental care for the first time this year, as someone with a lot of anxiety around the dentist I couldn’t recommend them enough. Everyone there is so lovely and understanding, in the past I have needed to go under general anaesthetic for basic procedures, but I managed to have the necessary procedure without this due to their care and understanding. I can honestly say I don’t feel as anxious now to go back, so thank you so much to the team there!
