Croft Heating is an outstanding company! In 2023, we purchased our new HVAC system from them. They did a great job, were reasonably priced and super efficient. Then, about a year ago, the thermostat wasn't working properly and they came out and replaced. NO CHARGE. Then, just a few days ago, we realized that the thermostat wasn't working again. Phil handled an emergency repair for us. AC is working perfect now. Also worked up a economical quote for a replacement unit. I recommend Croft HVAC.
Absolutely Amazing, excellent customer service, prompt, and professional. I was experiencing no heat and my home was very cold. Phil was extremely knowledgeable with 25 years of experience and was able to repair my AC unit quickly. In 20 minutes my heat was back on I’m so thankful for Croft AC!!
Hands down the best A/C company in town. They seem to truly believe in customer first. My A/C went down and they were on site to fix it within 24 hours and at a very reasonable price. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
