My husband and I got married at the croft in November of 2025. The venue had many pros such as flexibility for indoor/outdoor space and incredible bride/groom dressing rooms. Booking was easy and the packages allowed for ease with decision making. That being said, the Dj was atrocious and technical difficulities such as speaker errors and other mechanical issues left us embarrased. If you plan to get married, I highly recommend this as a venue of choice! They step by step guide you through the entire process, have a team of vendors that are actually amazing, and are conveniently located in the heart of Phoenix. ❤️✨
Horrible do not consider these guys at all and know there contracts allow them to take all of your money and they will not refund you regardless of plans changing or real life situations take place or happen. The staff are super wound up tight and they expect you to spend all this money don't there are way better people or places. Really sad that any business is gonna write in there contracts to take people free money when they know they will book that day and get double the money. The Croft Downtown was such a perfect venue! We looked at a few Wedgewood Wedding venues, but we fell in love with The Croft as soon as we walked in. The staff was absolutely amazing. From the initial meeting all the way through the morning after our wedding, everyone was helpful, responsive and friendly! Abigail was our coordinator and she was the best! She even saved my bouquets when I was stressed that they wouldn't get done. If we were to get married again, I would absolutely choose this venue over and over!
