Service was outside. Warm and sunny per usual in Phoenix. No shade nor misters. Speakers competing with music from a business next door and street noise. Happy hour and reception are were decent. Nothing special. Spent the entire visit trying to figure out what the attraction to this place is/ was.
Natalia and her team were amazing on my wedding day. I can’t remember if I previously left a review but wanted to make side I did bc it truly was the best day ever thanks to her and everyone else involved.
We had a great experience working with Abigail and Natalia at The Croft Downtown! After seeing many venues, we fell in love with the Croft Downtown right when we saw it. It had everything we were looking for in a venue. The team at the Croft Downtown managed all the major items and were very responsive and friendly throughout the entire process which made wedding planning a stress free experience overall.
